I’m Michelle, 58, a Mancunian living in Paris 🇫🇷 for 20 years. I came to Paris at 37 with one suitcase and didn’t know ONE person. I’m from the North of England - I did what I said I would do as a child in my bedroom in Manchester “making stuff” with card, paper and ribbons - I created EMELBY GOURMET.
My brand started with a range of MADE IN FRANCE gourmet products made by farmers and small producers. Unfortunately due to covid, Brexit, the economy crisis I could no longer continue with the gourmet so ‘pivoted’ the brand and created “French country style” tea towels and 3 stunning TOTE BAGS, all of which I designed here in Paris and had made in China.
